Our story

Two people, one kiln, and a lot of patience

Fern & Fold started in 2021 in a garage with one second-hand wheel. We now make about four hundred pieces a month, and every single one still passes through both our hands.

Because it is made by hand, no two pieces match exactly. There will be small differences in colour and shape. We think that is the best part; if you want them identical, a factory will serve you better and we will happily say so.
