02 What clients say
"Everything feels so much easier now."
We used to manage our website, bookings, invoices, and client communication separately. Now, everything is integrated into one system. Invoices and communications are automatically sent, and so much of the repetitive work happens in the background. It has made managing our business significantly easier.
"I love having everything in one calendar."
Before, I had to check Google, Airbnb, Booking.com, and our direct website bookings separately. Now, everything is reconciled in one place. I can see all our bookings on one calendar and quickly check our revenue from the dashboard. It makes managing our resort so much easier.
"My website finally feels like an extension of my art."
The website is elegant, immersive, and beautifully showcases my work without feeling slow or overwhelming. I love that my social media is seamlessly connected, making it easy for visitors to explore my latest pieces and follow my creative journey.
03 What we do
Most people are sold one piece and left to work out the rest. Here you get the whole picture, built in the right order, by the same person.
A fast, good-looking website that works properly on a phone. Built to be read in seconds and to make people want to contact you.
Set up so Google understands what you sell and where you are. This is the work that gives people a chance of finding you.
Enquiry forms, booking forms, click-to-chat buttons. Everything placed where people are already deciding to get in touch.
The repeating jobs done for you — the reply email, the reminder, the record in your spreadsheet — without anyone remembering to do it.
Software other businesses pay to use, with accounts, payments and a proper dashboard. Built and already running — see Pace Lodgix below.
The system your business actually runs on, when a spreadsheet has stopped coping. Bookings, jobs, clients, stock, reports.
Practical help, not hype — replies drafted for you, documents read and sorted, questions answered from your own information.
Tell me what your business does and where your customers come from now. I will tell you the smallest thing that will make a difference.

04 How it works together
Each piece hands over to the next one. A website on its own stops at step one — which is why a website on its own rarely brings in work.
Build one part and the chain breaks. Build the whole chain and the website has a real chance of paying for itself.
05 Website examples
Some of these are real client websites that are live right now. The rest are sample websites built for made-up businesses, so you can see the style before you commit to anything. Every one of them opens — click and look around.

A one-bedroom holiday rental near SM Mall of Asia. Photo-led, with availability and direct booking so the owner keeps the commission.

A beach resort in Badian, Cebu. Rooms, amenities and things to do, with a reservation request form and a chat button for quick questions.

Menu, photos, opening hours and a table booking form. Built so a hungry person on a phone can decide in ten seconds.

Property listings with prices, photos and a viewing request form that reaches the agent on the same day.

Services, prices and a free consultation booking. Calm and trustworthy, because that is what people are buying.

Finished projects, the services offered and a quote request form. Proof first, sales talk second.

Treatment menu with prices, the team, and an appointment booking form. Soft and calm, the way the place should feel.

Membership prices, the class timetable and a free trial sign-up. Strong and direct, with the offer never more than one scroll away.

A small shop selling handmade homeware. Product pages, a basket and a checkout, without the monthly fees of the big platforms.

Packages, a real gallery and an enquiry form that asks for the date first — because the date is what decides everything else.

Island tour packages with what is included, what it costs, and a booking form that takes the number of guests and the date.

Commissioned textured paintings by artist Yen Pace. The art is the whole page, with a commission request form doing the selling.

A personal portfolio site. One clear message, the work underneath it, and a way to start a conversation. This is my own.

A landing page has one job: get one action. This one sells software to holiday rental owners and asks for a free trial.

A 3D exploration game for children, running in the browser with nothing to install. Proof that "a website" can be almost anything.
Do not see your industry? The style is chosen for your business, not picked from a list. Tell me what you do
06 Software & SaaS
A website is only one part of a business. Behind it are bookings, payments, invoices, reports, and everyday workflows that often end up scattered across spreadsheets, notebooks, and chat threads.
That’s where I come in.
As an accountant and system builder, I understand both the business and the technology. I build practical systems that don’t just look good — they understand how your business actually works.
From websites to the systems behind them.
My own property management software for holiday rental owners — built, live and running. It keeps bookings, guests, calendars, payments and reports in one place, and helps stop the same room being sold twice on two different booking websites.
Look around the dashboardA small system for people who work for themselves. Clients, tasks, hours worked and invoices on one screen, so nothing billable gets forgotten and Monday morning starts with a plan instead of a search.
Look around the app07 What can be included
You do not need all of these on day one. You do need to know they exist, so nothing important is left out by accident. Tap any line to read more.
Your pages written and set up so Google can show them to people searching for what you sell.
The buttons, offers and page layout that turn a reader into someone who contacts you.
A short form that asks only for what you need, and actually arrives.
Dates, guests, services and times — collected properly, so you stop going back and forth.
One tap and the customer is in a chat with you, with the message already started.
Your listing on Google Maps set up properly, so people searching "near me" have a better chance of finding you.
A simple monthly picture of how many people came, from where and what they clicked.
Every enquiry sent to your inbox and your phone the moment it is submitted.
The automatic thank-you reply, the follow-up a few days later, the reminder before the booking.
A secure address, fast loading everywhere, and backups. Handled, not something you think about.
08 Common questions
Straight answers, including the one about money.
A simple website starts from ₱500. More pages, booking forms, or software behind the site cost more than that. Tell me what you need and I send you a written price before you spend anything.
Pace Digital Works is a one-person web design studio in the Philippines. It builds websites for small businesses, sets them up to be found on Google, adds enquiry and booking forms, automates repeat tasks, and builds custom business software.
Charlene "Chad" Pace runs the studio alone, and does the website, the Google visibility work and the software. Chad is an accountant and bookkeeper as well as a builder, which is why the systems include the invoicing and reporting side. There is no team — one person does the whole job.
The studio is based in the Philippines and works with clients anywhere, by email, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. You do not need to meet in person to start or finish a project.
It depends on the size of the site and how quickly you can send your photos and text. You see a working version early and tell me what to change. Nothing goes live until you are happy with it.
Both. Websites are one part of the work. I also build custom business systems — bookings, dashboards, reporting — and my own SaaS products, meaning software other businesses use on a monthly plan. Pace Lodgix is one of mine.
Photos, your logo if you have one, what you sell, and where enquiries should go. Nothing technical. If you have no photos and no logo, I can use professional stock photos and make you a logo.
Send one message on WhatsApp, or one email, saying what your business does. I usually reply the same day with what I would build and what it would cost.
09 Getting started
You don’t need anything technical ready. If you have your photos and can tell me what your business does, that’s enough to get started.
Tell me about your business, your customers, and what you want your website to achieve.
Send your photos, logo, business information, and anything else you already have. No need to make it perfect.
I create your website and show you a working version. You tell me what you’d like changed.
Once you’re happy, I publish your website, set it up for Google, and test your enquiry form.
Pick whichever is easiest for you. I usually reply the same day.
Nothing ready yet? Tell me what your business does. I’ll suggest what to build and how much it will cost — no commitment.
Only the first three boxes are needed. Everything else is optional — leave a box empty if you have not sorted it out yet. Submitting sends your details directly to me.
